Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of the core Machine Learning framework for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Define system architecture patterns that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time IoT data streams.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain the highest security and performance standards.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience designing microservices and cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
