Responsibilities
- Sort and process mail and packages efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
- Deliver mail and parcels along designated routes in all weather conditions.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Follow safety protocols and operate postal vehicles responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles and sorting equipment.
- Update delivery records and notify customers of missed deliveries when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess dual citizenship status.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and walk/drive for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
