Responsibilities
- Sort and Process Mail: Efficiently sort incoming mail by size, shape, and destination to ensure accurate delivery.
- Deliver to Customers: Transport mail to residential and business addresses along an assigned route in all weather conditions.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming mail, answer customer inquiries professionally, and resolve any delivery issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and safety checks on the delivery vehicle.
- Physical Stamina: Lift heavy packages and maintain an active schedule for the duration of the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A current, valid state driver's license is required.
- US Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident status.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Background Check: Must pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
