Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels accurately and efficiently to residential and business customers along assigned routes.
- Sort and organize incoming mail and packages at the distribution center before the start of the route.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic laws while driving.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Log delivery confirmations and report any damaged or undeliverable items immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours/day).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to the local distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
