Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility protocols during overnight shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Ohio Peace Officer Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean criminal record
- Ability to pass physical fitness and psychological evaluations
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
- Ability to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
