Responsibilities
- Monitor & Maintain: Oversee federal network systems, servers, and workstations during night shift operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex IT incidents and escalations that arise outside of standard business hours.
- Security Compliance: Enforce strict federal security protocols and access controls to protect sensitive data.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of system performance, incidents, and resolutions in compliance with federal standards.
- Support: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal federal personnel via phone and remote access tools.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Environment: Must be willing and able to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and federal communication protocols.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent military experience.
