Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot federal IT systems and network infrastructure during the night shift.
- Perform routine security checks and maintain a secure facility environment.
- Document system logs, performance metrics, and incident reports accurately.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of hardware and software components.
- Respond to after-hours alerts and resolve critical technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to hand over critical status updates.
- Adhere to all federal security protocols and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in a 24/7 operations or night shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and basic scripting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
