Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming government documentation and data entries during night operations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of records against federal and state standards.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data integrity for public access.
- Assist in the digitization of historical government records and archives.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to resolve data discrepancies and backlog issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA) and security protocols during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Records Management or IT is preferred.
- Previous experience in government or municipal data processing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access) and SQL databases.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of federal record-keeping standards is a plus.
