Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of facility premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV, alarm panels, and access control devices.
- Enforce access control policies and verify credentials of all personnel and visitors.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and irregularities in a calm and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log entries accurately at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening as part of the government hiring process.
