Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to ensure a secure environment.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying employee and visitor credentials.
- Respond immediately to security alerts, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily logs.
- Assist in facility maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and internal staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in security, facilities operations, or government contracting is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
