Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol assigned municipal facilities during overnight shifts
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency incidents per protocol
- Conduct regular access control checks and visitor verification procedures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs for law enforcement coordination
- Collaborate with emergency responders during critical situations
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on security equipment
- Maintain constant radio communication with dispatch and security team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control software
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
