Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along assigned postal routes in all weather conditions
- Sort, organize, and process mail efficiently at the post office facility
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to USPS regulations
- Provide courteous customer service and assist with postal inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any irregularities
- Complete required training programs and operational procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate mail delivery to residential and business addresses
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to the post office facility
- Basic English literacy and communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
