Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment using provided tools
- Operate recreational facilities and ensure visitor safety
- Assist in organizing community events and youth programs
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support seasonal park beautification and landscaping projects
- Enforce park rules and regulations professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance procedures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
