Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, facility upkeep, and equipment maintenance
- Lead and supervise recreational activities for youth and adults
- Enforce safety protocols during events and facility operations
- Assist with program planning and execution of community events
- Conduct routine inspections of park amenities and report hazards
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in landscaping, maintenance, or recreational programming preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Knowledge of basic park safety procedures
