Responsibilities
- Maintain park landscapes, playgrounds, and recreational facilities through cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs
- Organize and lead virtual/in-person community events, sports leagues, and educational programs
- Conduct park safety inspections and report maintenance needs via digital platforms
- Engage with park visitors remotely via chat/email and on-site to promote positive experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using remote communication tools
- Support sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly park management practices
- Document park conditions and visitor feedback using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in park maintenance, event coordination, or community services
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Proficient with digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse community members
- Valid California driver's license (required for facility access)
