Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative recreational programs for diverse demographics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in municipal parks or recreation management
- Certification in CPR/First Aid and Risk Management
- Proven success in budget management and grant writing
- Advanced proficiency in recreation management software (e.g., RecTrac)
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated leadership
- Knowledge of ADA compliance and inclusive recreation practices
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
