Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair athletic fields, playgrounds, and park grounds.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers and trimmers.
- Monitor park areas for safety hazards, vandalism, or maintenance needs.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of community events, festivals, and sports leagues.
- Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, shelters, and picnic areas.
- Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance practices.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Arizona Class D Driver’s License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
