Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Collect and dispose of trash and litter in parks, rights-of-way, and public facilities.
- Maintain and repair park facilities, including playground equipment, benches, and restrooms.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of community events, festivals, and recreational programs.
- Monitor park usage to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond to public inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance practices.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
