Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of park grounds, facilities, and recreational equipment
- Assist in organizing and supervising community events and youth programs
- Ensure safety compliance across all park areas and facilities
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Support setup and breakdown for special events and activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous park maintenance or recreation experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
