Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment (mowing, landscaping, repairs)
- Operate recreational vehicles and machinery safely
- Assist with planning and executing community events (festivals, sports leagues)
- Enforce park rules and ensure visitor safety
- Perform seasonal maintenance (snow removal, field preparation)
- Collect and report maintenance data
- Collaborate with volunteer groups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or maintenance tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification (provided if not held)
