Responsibilities
- Maintain park landscapes including turf, gardens, and athletic fields
- Operate recreational facilities and equipment safely
- Lead youth and adult recreation programs and activities
- Assist in planning and executing community events
- Perform light facility maintenance and safety inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Oregon Driver's License
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in landscaping, maintenance, or recreation preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of park safety protocols
