Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, facility upkeep, and safety inspections
- Lead recreational programs for youth, seniors, and community groups
- Organize and execute special events, festivals, and seasonal activities
- Enforce park rules and regulations while providing exceptional visitor assistance
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on facility repairs and improvements
- Conduct park assessments and recommend enhancements
- Support volunteer coordination and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in parks, hospitality, or customer service
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Proficiency in basic event planning and inventory management
