Responsibilities
- Maintain and beautify parks, playgrounds, and athletic facilities through mowing, weeding, and landscaping.
- Perform routine cleaning and trash removal to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of recreational events, sports leagues, and community programs.
- Monitor park facilities for safety hazards, broken equipment, or maintenance needs.
- Interact positively with the public, answering questions and providing information about park amenities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and lawn maintenance equipment is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong commitment to customer service and community engagement.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
