Responsibilities
- Maintain and beautify public parks, playgrounds, and athletic facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, raking, weeding, and planting flowers and trees.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of community events, festivals, and recreational programs.
- Monitor park grounds for safety hazards, debris, or maintenance needs and report them promptly.
- Interact with the public, providing information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate and maintain light landscaping equipment and hand tools.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and gardening practices is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License (for some positions).
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
