Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair park facilities, playgrounds, and athletic fields to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
- Perform routine landscaping, mowing, trimming, pruning, and irrigation maintenance across various park sites.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of community events, festivals, and sports leagues.
- Ensure public restrooms, concession stands, and facilities are clean, sanitary, and fully operational.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and trucks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Monitor park areas for safety hazards, report maintenance needs, and enforce park rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and maintenance procedures.
- Strong commitment to customer service and public safety.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
