Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate and maintain park equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems) Assist with event setup and community program coordination
- Perform routine facility inspections and safety checks
- Interact positively with park visitors and program participants
- Participate in seasonal park beautification projects
- Complete daily maintenance logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment operation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to public service and community engagement
