Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds (mowing, landscaping, litter removal)
- Operate light equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand tools)
- Assist with facility setup/cleanup for events
- Perform routine safety inspections of park areas
- Provide courteous customer service to park visitors
- Support seasonal programs and recreational activities
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members on daily tasks
Qualifications
- No experience required - paid training provided
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Team-oriented communication skills
- Must pass background check
