Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Lead youth/adult sports leagues and recreational programs
- Assist with special event planning and execution
- Perform routine equipment inspections and safety checks
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Operate maintenance machinery after certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic physical fitness for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Commitment to completing paid training program
