Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate park equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for community programs
- Enforce park safety regulations and provide visitor assistance
- Perform seasonal landscape maintenance and tree care
- Collaborate with maintenance team on facility repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas Class C Driver's License
- Experience in grounds maintenance or recreation preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic knowledge of park equipment operation
- First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Background check and drug screen required
