Responsibilities
- Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, raking, and landscaping.
- Sweep and clean park facilities, restrooms, and picnic areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Monitor park activities to ensure safety and enforce park rules.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of recreational events and sports leagues.
- Maintain and repair park equipment and playground structures.
- Collect and dispose of litter and waste in designated areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance tools is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
