Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean public parks, trails, athletic fields, and recreational facilities.
- Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, and planting.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of community events, sports programs, and festivals.
- Enforce park rules, ensure visitor safety, and provide excellent customer service to the public.
- Operate and perform minor maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools.
- Monitor park conditions and report any necessary repairs or hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor in all types of weather.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and safety procedures is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
