Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including turf, trees, and athletic facilities
- Operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Lead recreational programs for youth/adults
- Enforce park safety regulations and first aid protocols
- Assist with special events and community outreach
- Document maintenance activities and equipment usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or recreation programs
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic knowledge of turf management and horticulture
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
