Responsibilities
- Maintain parks, trails, and athletic fields using provided equipment
- Operate machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Install and repair playgrounds, benches, and recreational facilities
- Assist with event setup/breakdown at community parks
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance reports
- Interact professionally with park visitors and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate hand/motorized tools (training provided)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varied weather
- Basic knowledge of landscaping/maintenance
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
