Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and infrastructure using provided equipment
- Operate machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Lead recreational programs and community events
- Inspect and report maintenance needs for trails and sports courts
- Collaborate with team on seasonal projects and beautification initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to operate hand/motorized equipment (training provided)
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or recreation preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
