Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, trimming, and landscaping
- Inspect and clean recreational facilities (playgrounds, trails, sports courts)
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for community programs
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Operate park maintenance machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Respond to visitor inquiries and provide park information
- Document maintenance activities and submit progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/evenings required)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
