Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities including playgrounds, sports courts, and trails
- Assist with setup and supervision of community events and recreational programs
- Perform routine landscape maintenance and litter removal in assigned areas
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support seasonal operations including snow removal and summer program coordination
- Collaborate with team members on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (provided)
