Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including turf care, litter removal, and seasonal planting
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers) and hand tools safely
- Assist with setup/teardown of community events and sports facilities
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Enforce park rules and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members on daily assignments
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for weekday shifts (20-30 hrs/week)
- Previous park maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
