Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Assist with setup/teardown of community events and sports leagues
- Perform routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance
- Enforce park safety rules and provide visitor assistance
- Support special events including concerts, festivals, and youth programs
- Operate maintenance equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members on beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to work weekends/holidays (required)
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- First Aid/CPR certification (training available)
- Pass background check and drug screening
