Responsibilities
- Coordinate community resource fairs and informational workshops across Boston neighborhoods
- Assist vulnerable populations with benefit enrollment applications (SNAP, WIC, etc.)
- Develop multilingual outreach materials in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole
- Collect and analyze community feedback to improve service accessibility
- Collaborate with non-profit partners on public health initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support emergency response coordination during public health crises
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach or customer service
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and case management software
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings
- Pass background check and fingerprinting
- Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
