- Process vehicle registrations, title applications, and driver's license transactions accurately
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, documentation requirements, and online services
- Maintain detailed records using DMV software systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding fees, procedures, and eligibility criteria
- Assist with bilingual (English/Spanish) services when required
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and reduce processing times
- Uphold strict compliance with Texas DMV security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and DMV-specific software
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Texas Driver's License required
