Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence for veteran support programs
- Process administrative forms and documentation with 100% accuracy
- Assist in preparing reports for federal compliance reviews
- Support veteran outreach initiatives through data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Maintain electronic filing systems and document databases
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (per federal regulations)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
