- Assist in data entry and record management using federal systems (e.g., VBA)
- Support outreach initiatives connecting veterans with available resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program compliance
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence for senior leadership
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
