- Manage veteran benefit application processing and documentation compliance
- Coordinate cross-agency communication with federal, state, and local partners
- Maintain confidential veteran records in accordance with federal regulations

- Perform data entry and reporting using VA-specific systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for veteran services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position mandate)
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Experience with data management and record-keeping systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
