Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of federal contract documents and amendments.
- Monitor contract performance and maintain detailed records of deliverables and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams to resolve contract-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for federal program managers.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital contract archives.
- Support the onboarding process for new federal personnel and temporary staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or contract management within a government or federal contracting environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software (e.g., SharePoint, COTS tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict security protocols.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for federal reporting deadlines.
