Responsibilities
- Analyze federal datasets (Census, BLS, OMB) to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support grant allocation and program evaluation
- Document data methodologies and maintain audit-ready data pipelines
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with federal datasets and compliance protocols
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal reporting frameworks (GPRA, GPRAMA)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Clearances: Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
