Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, NIST) and security protocols
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for government stakeholders
- Document data lineage, methodologies, and findings in compliance with federal audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely data insights
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from federal agency partners
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and documentation standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid environment
- Clearable federal background investigation preferred
