Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data trends to non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive briefings that align with federal compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure timely data delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical role.
- Experience working with federal government clients or on classified projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Strong proficiency in at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Security Clearance (if applicable to the specific project).
