Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure federal government IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of software solutions for state and local government clients.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal personnel, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, incident reports, and compliance logs.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and implement efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related federal role.
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of federal IT policies, compliance standards, and procurement regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
