Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant applications and compliance documentation
- Analyze program performance data and prepare quarterly reports
- Coordinate cross-agency communications for border security initiatives
- Conduct field assessments and community outreach in El Paso County
- Maintain accurate databases using federal information systems
- Assist in budget tracking and expenditure reporting
- Support emergency response coordination protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal program coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of DHS regulations and grant management
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible schedule
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
