Responsibilities
- Process and review federal case documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal beneficiaries and stakeholders via phone and in-person.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, privacy laws, and agency protocols.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records in compliance with federal archiving standards.
- Assist in the coordination of daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex beneficiary inquiries efficiently.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks using the Integrated Claims System (ICS).
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- One year of general experience (equivalent to the GS-4 level) in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule (typically 20-29 hours per week).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
